What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We take contact info such as Name, Gender, Mobile number and eMail id’s. The info collected from visitors are not sharable and only be used for internal processes of GTA Learnings.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Important Terms and Conditions
GTA IAS material is for the individual only. In case a student is found involved in any violation of copyrights of GTA IAS material, the admission will be cancelled.
Login id & Password for Classroom & Test series program will be sent via email after completing the admission process.
You need to provide details as and when required by GTA IAS.
General Fee Deposit & Refund and rules:
- Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In Special case the fee can be refunded only within 7 days of fee submission after understanding the genuine reason.
- If fee is collected in instalments then there will be consecutive fee instalments in consecutive months. No concession will be provided in fee instalment time duration.
- If Student is failed to pay the fee instalment then institute have full right to suspend or terminate students enrolment with a notice. In that case no fee will be refunded.
GTA IAS reserves all rights to make any changes in any program including test series schedule/test writing days and timing etc., if need so arises.
By providing an email address or mobile telephone number to the GTA IAS, the student agrees to receiving email and/or SMS communications from the GTA IAS.
The student also accepts that email and/or SMS may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. GTA IAS will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of communicating with a student by email and/or SMS.
Online Payments Terms & Conditions
This online payment system is provided by the GTA IAS. The GTA IAS may update these terms from time to time without any prior notice or reason and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for GTA IAS is India.
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms then do not use this facility. GTA IAS reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
Your payment will normally reach GTA IAS account to which you are making a payment within two working days. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct GTA IAS account if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
If the card supplier declines payment, GTA IAS is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
In no event will GTA IAS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the administration of the GTA IAS, and will only be made to either bank account mentioned in the Online Admission form or to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require GTA IAS to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the Student, or third party making payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted. GTA IAS shall not be liable for any failure by the Student or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.
Online Payments of Fees can be made by Credit / Debit card /Net banking or UPI. These payments are not collected by GTA IAS directly but through the Service Provider.
Entire content of the website has been gathered to the best of our knowledge and belief, and the institute endeavours to keep it up to date. In particular, we reserve the entire right to update and/or modify and/or remove this data anytime and without any prior notice. Please note that GTA IAS holds no responsibility for incorrect or no longer correct statements, quotes or descriptions and thereby excludes liability for any losses resulting from such wrong information. Further, GTA IAS has every right to bring about legal action on students who misuse/alter/reproduce the content/ information available on the website

Arbitration and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, the High Court, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to condition that the either party shall be entitled to refer such dispute to the sole arbitration of the Director, GTA IAS, Delhi or his nominee who shall decide the dispute according to Arbitration Act and whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. In case, the nominee of the Director, GTA IAS, Delhi fails to act as arbitrator, Director may change the arbitrator, the person so nominated by the Director will proceed further in the arbitration from the stage the previous nominee has left the arbitration.
